Noodling is the one of the most extreme sports you can take part in. NOTHING gets the adrenaline flowing like the raw power of a massive Flathead on your hands while you try to gain control of him...


Noodling should not be attempted alone however, and is best when accompanied by an expert.

Hi, I'm Nate Williams. Come join me for the most fun and excitement you have had in along time.

I have over a decade of experience during which time I have won or placed in numerous noodling tournaments. We have been a part of Okie Nooding II, Outdoor Oklahoma, River Monsters, and Hamish and Andy's Gap year (an Australian T.V. show). I was also a main character in season 2 of "Mudcats" - a reality noodling competition and T.V. show!!



I've taken people with zero experience of the outdoors, such as the Irish band Blue Tree. I have also taken people with more fishing experience than my own, like Jeremy Wade of River Monsters. I have taken people who merely want to be a spectator and see this done in person. And I actually took a Sports Writer out from Georgia by the name of Spencer Hall, a.k.a. The Amateur.

No matter the people, our results are always the same. We catch fish and teach people an art form that they have never tried.



Safety is our main concern. We are hardcore! Expect some scrapes and fatigue, but we have never had a serious injury.

My partner and I are not your typical noodlers. Both of us have college degrees and our education is one of the reasons we are the best.

Daily rates are $300 for first guest, $500 for two people and an additional $100 per person after that. Meals and lodging are not included. Season runs from Memorial Day to mid July.

One of the things to do on my bucket list was to go noodling. I've been into the outdoors for years; climbing, kayaking, surfing, mountaineering, plus all the other good stuff. So when I had the chance to go noodling I jumped at it.

Noodling is the most intense day I have EVER had. The fact that I had Nate as a guide was unbelievable. Sticking your hand into holes and waiting for a catfish to bite it sounds insane. So to have a noodling guide like Nate, showing spots, encouraging and overall helping me to have one of the most memorable days ever was invaluable.

Nate is a great guy with great heart, and above all, an insane noodler. You won't be disappointed.

Nate took me on my first serious noodling trip a couple years ago and we had an awesome time. I had done some noodling prior but nothing to this extent.

Nate is not lying about being hardcore. I've been around the outdoors my entire life hunting and fishing since I could walk, and Nate was showing me neat little tricks and giving me tips on the sport that I would have never thought of doing.

I totally 100% recommend these guys for awesome, exciting and overall fun time that you will not forget.

I promise, Nathan Williams is the only person on earth you want taking you out noodling for the first time. No matter what happens he will be calm, collected, and happy to string the sixty pound catfish you just pulled out of a hole while you wonder what the hell just happened. By the way, if you pull a sixty pounder your first time, I kind of hate you for your beginner's luck, and demand pictures.

Seriously, he's fantastic, and will show you beautiful corners of Oklahoma you had no idea existed. The ideal guide for the most direct and challenging form of fishing on the planet.

I am looking to plan a trip with several people. We will not be available til the end of July. Is it too late to make plans? We are in Missouri and could possibly make arrangements for the 28th. If this is to late, what would be the latest date to book?

I'm only twelve years old, but can say that Nate was a great guide! We caught some nice fish, and one that was around 50 to 60 lbs. I was his youngest client to actually catch a fish he said.

We went on an all day canoeing trip for 10 miles, which was definitely hard core. We started fishing around 10 and finally got back to hotel at 1am.

This was definitely my kind of sleeping pill!

Booked a trip for my 12 year old son and I, and so glad I did. Our trip with Adrenaline Rush Noodling was one of the most fun days of our lives. We could not have asked for a better trip. It was so worth the money.

We will be looking to take a trip every season from here on out with Nate and the guys from Adrenaline Rush Noodling. We so recommend booking with Nate, they should have 10 stars.

I've been handfishing with the best noodlers on the planet and Nate is at the top of my list. I've seen him teach 5 year olds how to catch a small blue cat, and I've also seen him personally fish a 60-pound flathead out of a brush-pile.

Nate makes it fun for everyone in the group and he's the most determined fisherman that I've met. He always catches catfish, big catfish.

Fishing aside, Nate will take you on a adventure of a life time, traversing some of Oklahoma's most scenic creeks and rivers.

We got excellent service from Nathan. He was always very helpful and kind to us, even though it was our first time and had no idea what we were getting ourselves into. Overall, the experience was very pleasant!

Nathan knew all of the good spots and was very knowledgeable about noodling. I highly recommend him for any first timers and even for experienced noodler's out there.

I went noodling with Nate a couple days ago and caught lots of cats. At the beginning we started out with some smaller ones to get acclimated to it. After trying a few of those and catching a couple we moved on to some bigger ones where the fun really began.

I highly recommend Adrenaline Rush Noodling if you even have a small thought about going. Even if it's just to knock something off your bucket list, which is what my original thought was. But now I want to go again and again.

Nate is the real deal for Noodling. He’s a Great help and guide. You definitely catch catfish with Nate.

He even saved my life when I was about to drown in the water. This man save my life!

It's totally worth it. Good people, Good time, life time memory.
