Line Capacity For DAM Quick Finessa

I found my Dad's DAM West Berlin Quick Finessa (without arbor) and would like to know the range of line capacity.

I plan to do light ocean surf casting using a 10'6" Fenwick rod. And some freshwater fishing for striped bass in the California Delta using an 8 foot Fenwick rod. I made two butt sections for the same Fenwick rod.

I'm not sure what pound test of line to use. But I want something that I can use for both types of fishing with the lightest line possible. I'm not too concerned about loosing a fish if the line is too light.

Again, this is for a DAM West Berlin Quick Finessa.
